Very easy to complete the online request for a refill on my prescription. Today was the first time that I completed my refill online. I did it late at night when it was convenient for me. No problems. I got a confirmation message that my refill request was received and expected delivery timeline the next morning.
So far with 3 refills everything has been very smooth and speedy. I have each customer service person to be especially friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And their price for 3 months is far less than ONE month at a local chain pharmacy. Incredible (Same pill/same producer). Highly recommend.
HealthWarehouse provided excellent service and absolutely fabulous pricing. My prescription was for a cream requiring long term application. The initial fill was through a local pharmacy. The bill was $139.95 for a 90g tube. Turning to HealthWarehouse, my refills are costing me $16.00 a tube AND I get free shipping. My experience has always been positive with HealthWarehouse. Their customer service people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery is timely and their prices are highly competitive.
Ordering was easy. Once my pet's prescription was received, order was filled and shipped quickly. I was notified when meds were being shipped and when to expect them. I'll definitely use them again for my dog's medication.
Customer service is very good. Handles all phone calls courteously. Orders always received in a timely manner.
This Company consistently is slow in processing orders and responding to customer needs. I try to anticipate when I will run out of medication and place orders in advance but they never seem to fulfill orders on a timely basis. There prices are good but you must be willing to put up with slow service and little response from their Customer Service department.
