You guys are always great. This time however, the amount of tablets was accidentally omitted when you faxed to my Dr. Consequently, they authorized the wrong amount, which cost me money.
They told me they had my prescription. I told them I don't want to pay for it until you know for sure you are going to mail me my prescription. They charged me $54 dollars and are now giving me a hard time about giving me my money back. I looked at my bank account and the $54 was taken out and not refunded. Also told me they had the prescription and it said on the website it is available. Today they tell me the prescription is being recalled.
Cheap, Fast, Quality yes pick all three. Went out of their way to get a refill for me. Been using them for a few years now and great company to deal with. Good customer service.
I have some good things and some bad things to say about them. There customer service on the phone is terrible. You have to figure things out for yourself when you get your scripts from them. They want you to pay first online and then wait for script to go through. If you do this you will get a discount. If you pay after it goes through you won't get your discount. Was great to work with. My only possible complaint would be it took too long to talk to a pharmacist to ensure the products I had selected would be compatible. Not even pharmaceuticals. But, when I got connected, she was great. As was everyone I spoke to on the phone! I’ll do business with them again. No need to even look further!
Automatic ***********prescription refill is seamless. Also just contacted them by phone on a Saturday morning. Such a pleasant customer service agent, courteous and thorough. Couldn't ask for more. .
