Terrible Client Service experience. Never responded to an open ticket on their website regarding my Rx. Cancelled order without contacting me. When I finally inquired, as I found a local pharmacy where I live to fill the Rx, the CS Manager said they never inputted the Rx, and they COULD NOT forward Rx to my Pharmacy because the usage directions were "too vague" which was "Take as Directed".
