At the ripe old age of 63 I'm an educated consumer of dental services, and I'm continually impressed at the professionalism and personal touch of Dr. Chin's practice. Pre and post appointment scheduling, insurance processing and payment is a breeze. Dr. Chin is very thorough and gentle. Today's appointment was typical of my experiences over the past 30 years as a patient of this dental clinic. Thoughtful, professional, courteous and personalized service from the time you enter the door until you leave. Staff further engage you with genuine concern and interest in your personal life as well. Often sharing their personal lives as well during interactions. I personally enjoy that a great deal. It is truly is a Family Dental practice where they treat you as one of the family.

Katie did a great job as dental hygienist cleaning my teeth and she is always pleasant to talk with. Dr. Ganshert or Dr. Konen always do a very thorough job checking my teeth and they both have done great work in the past. You can tell the staff at Downtown Family Dental enjoy their work and it is always a pleasant hour of my day!

Let me start by saying that I hate going to the dentist. Now that's out of the way, I find Downtown Family Dental to be the absolute best. They treat you as a person and are never judgemental. They are concerned for your comfort and I always feel well cared for. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for dental care. Thank you Downtown Family Dental folks!
