Heidi was great with my husband who lives with Alzheimer's. She explained what she was going to do and was very patient with him. She noticed a condition that required Dr. Ganshert's exam and opinion. I was very happy that we had this opportunity to be assured that my husband's dental health was so completely addressed. Had my first visit there today and it was all around excellent! To be honest I wasn't sure at first why I needed a preliminary visit before I could schedule my first cleaning, seemed excessive, but every part of the visit made total sense. They do some pretty smart stuff I haven't done at previous dentists, like take photos of my teeth so that if they ever have to do a restorative work, they have a reference. Not only was my six month check well done, I was reminded before I left for the office to take my pre-cleaning antibiotics as needed for one with artificial joints! Excellent, friendly staff...always.
