The entire staff is extremely friendly (and genuine), the office is lovely and the whole place makes you feel welcome. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Federal Way area.

I was a little frightened by the process of actually getting an appointment (this is a very popular place, most likely due to convenience), but once I was in the door I realized why! The staff was friendly, efficient, and answered all of my random questions about my teeth and dental hygiene in general. Every single time I need to see Dr. Chin, I know not to worry. He is amazing. He makes you feel so comfortable and safe. If there's anyone afraid to go to the Dentist, then you have to see Dr. Gary Chin in Everett..You'll be glad you did.
