Excellent service, I was taken in almost immediately upon my arrival and we got right to work. Very professional, curtious.
I was seen in a timely manner and the hygenist was very thorough but gentle with my cleaning. She was friendly and professional. She was able to get my cleaning done in a timely manner. This was actually the most gentle cleaning I've ever had, which was a nice change to cleanings I've had done elsewhere in the past.
This being my first visit, x-rays were taken and a complete exam by Dr Girardi. He explained exactly what was going on with my teeth, pointing to each problem. They were also able to get me in for a cleaning due to a cancellation. I scheduled an appointment to have two crowns done to take care of a sensitivity problem I was having due to decay around an old filling.
Arrived at my appointment a few minutes and got right in. The work was professional, painless and courteous. I have been going to this dental practice for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied.
I don't have much time to waste in my day, if I'm paying for something or using my time to be somewhere, I want professionalism and things to be done in a timely manor. At the Watertown Dental Health Group, I feel staff and Doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and care about my time. I would recommend to anyone wanting quality service done right.
Today while eating, my tooth broke and when I called, the front desk informed me that Dr. Vriga is not in today, but Dr. Girardi was able to fit me in right away, without hesitation. I know that he was stretched thin. He always had smile on his face and made this experience comfortable.
Due to a last minute rescheduling of ours (uncooperative non-custodial parent), the next visit wasn't going to be for an additional 6 months. (I can only get my son to 3:30 appts during the school year.) True to their word, the office staff called and was able to work us when a last-minute cancellation occurred.
Today I had a wonderful 'teeth cleaning' experience with Stephanie, a very professional lady. She was courteous and well skilled. The check-out was also a great experience. The ladies are always cheerful and kind. Thank you to all. Sincerely, Lou Briant
As always my appointment proceeded on time. My hygienist is always friendly and efficient, as is my dentist. I appreciate their concern and professional attention to my care. I would never go anywhere else.
