Knowing I have severe anxiety in the dentist chair once again they amazed me. I left with less fear about my upcoming procedure and each time it gets easier because of the staff and my dentist.
The orthodontist was great. Picked up on my braces where my other ortho left off when I PCS'd to Ft Drum, NY. On post dental would not do ortho work and I had to pay to finish my braces myself. While not happy with Tricare dental, this office worked with me and finished out my orthodontic work.
Six month cleaning and dental check. Felicity, the hygienist was very professional and personable. Even at 7:30am. Watertown Dental Group has provided me with dental service for nearly 30 years. I believe that says it all.
Watertown dental health group was professional and the provider that saw me on short notice was extremely experienced. I had an amazing dental hygienist. The visit couldn't have been better. The absolute best visit in many, many years and many, many dentists.
Excellent state of the art technology! I travel over an hour to see Dr. Virga (general) and Dr. Guy (periodontist) who have both exceeded my expectations. One stop dental care!!
Every time I come to the WDHG I walk away feeling that I received the highest level of dentistry around! Staff is friendly, the young hygienist (forget her name) addressed all my needs and Dr. Virga was fantastic as usual, painless crown in one day! I refer the WDHG to all my friends and family. So glad I found this office!
I had my teeth leaned by a very nice young dental hygienist by the name of Kylie. She was very accommodating and professional. Most of all, she took the time to explain all of what I could expect and answered all the questions I had about the procedure. I was very satisfied and never felt rushed. Sue, my dental hygienist was friendly and yet very professional as usual. He does an excellent job in a timely fashion. She thoroughly inspects my teeth and reports any concerns to the dentist. He always looks at my teeth; is very professional and friendly at the same time.
