I did not have to wait to be treated. Everything was on time. The technician was very pleasant and thorough. However, I did not like the new waiting room. The couches are uncomfortable and hard to stand up from. If the room had been crowded, it would not be comfortable having to sit so near to strangers. Individual chairs were nto so awkward.
I've been going to Watertown Dental Health Group for many years and the service that I received from Dr. Virga and his staff has been nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
I was very nervous but the Staff, Bea and Dr Virgo were very patient, explaining along the way, allowing me the time and care that I needed. Would like wifi in the waiting area
As a patient for almost 30 years, I have never had anything but exceptional service. This is a well run office practice. Everyone friendly, efficient, professional and on time. State of the art techniques are adopted quickly. Dr. Virga is an exceptional dentist.
Excellent Doctors, Hygienists, other staff and services!!! I have been a patient of WDHG for at least 20 years and it's hands down the Best dental office in Watertown NY and surrounding areas by a long shot! I wouldn't trust these pearly whites being worked on by anyone else. Office renovations are Awesome too!
My family and I (including 2 children who love going to the dentist) have always been customers of Watertown Dental Health, Dr. Virga, for all our dental care. I have been going to this dental practice for about 20 years and have always been very satisfied. I was very happy with the hygienist, professional and friendly !! Doctor V. was off, but other Dentist was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I was taken in almost immediately upon my arrival. The office staff is awesome.
My family and I have been patients of Watertown Dental for 12 years. I couldn't help but take notice the minute I walked in this time, the front office girls were smiling, friendly and willing to get me checked in quickly. I saw a new Hygienist. She was Amazing! I recently visited WDH Barely any wait. Dr Virga repaired a chipped front tooth it looked amazing, color was perfect,and it even looked better then before I chipped it!!👍 The newly decorated office was especially soothing with its flowing water displays ,wall fireplaces ,leather sofas , aromatherapy, and lovely new wall and floor tones. Looking forward to my next visit😄
