RecommendedMaybe one of the best, boutique - small health clubs in the world....smack dab in the middle of wine country. Take a nap by the pool under the giant oak tree - finish off with a dip in the always perfect tempreture pool that is never over-crowded. Finish up with a a few minutes in the Eucalyptus Steam Room and a refreshing cool shower before you walk next door to Michelin Starred Charter Oak for lunch or dinner. Yes - the Struggle is real at Health Spa Napa Valley. Oh - you can work out too..... I guess.
The last time I was there, it was amazing! Wonderful staff and therapists! Been there 3 times and have no desire to go anywhere else! Loved everything, the Massage, facial, pool, hot tub!! A great place to get pampered and super chill zone by the pool after your treatments�! Hope to be back again soon!
Great little spa in town with beautiful pool and gym. Post workout you can have lunch at the pool and relax in the jacuzzi or sunbath.
Little jewel in St Helena. All the amenities of a big club with a boutique charm. Staff very accommodating.
First time been there...staff very Friendly and sweet. Excelent customer service!. The facility is very clean and the pool area with the jacuzzi is so nice and relaxing!. Definitely go if you are in the Napa area.
