A heartfelt thankyou! – The Front Office staff at ORH has been very courteous to me. I know at times they are extremely busy with the phones and dealing with a lot at one time. But even when I have had to wait for some help Shelia especially has been so welcoming and great with getting back to me. Highly recommended! – My fiance and I have learned so much from our consultations. We are very well informed of all testing and procedures and every staff member has been so helpful in answering any questions that we have. I am very comfortable and feel safe here at Overlake. Everyone has been extremely helpful and understanding and so patient. The front desk seems very organized. They are great, especially Sammi. Thank you!.... – I absolutely love Dr. Johnson, Jo, and Amy! Everyone there is great and I know it is their job but the care that these people put into each and every person is commendable! They make this whole stressful process so much easier and so much more comfortable.

Its the personal touches that count! – Our first IVF cycle was successful however the pregnancy was not healthy. The staff was wonderful towards us during that time. It really helped and is one of the main reasons why we have chosen to come back for another cycle. They made us feel important and it's the personal touches that count! yes, this place is huge ripoff – I was billed $580 for 1st visit back in 2008. Yes, they don't tell how much before setting the apt. You have to ask. They also bill me for blood test which never happened. It was paid by my ins. It took over a year for them to refund it. I was wondering how would they billed for something that it didn't happen.

Thanks Dr. Johnson – We initially started to go to ORH to see if a tubal ligation reversal was a viable option. It was decided that it would not be. We began to look into IVF but were unable to make the finances work from out end. However Dr. Johnson began to treat the Endometriosis I had been recently diagnosed with. My pain level was high and I was unable to work because of it. When conventional treatment wasn't working Dr Johnson tried a new little known treatment. Above and Beyond – Our issues were extremely complex, having fertility issues on both sides. Dr. Johnson and Jo kept reassuring us that it could happen if we didn't give up, and it did. I could have never dreamed I would be sending out pictures of my beautiful baby. Jo was critical in our success. I can't even begin to explain how much she has done for us on every level. She never seemed frustrated when she had to explain something to me for the 3rd time, she let me cry when the test came back negative for the umpteenth time... read more

not recommending this clinic – Infertility treatment is stressful enough itself; one does not need the extra complication and stress caused by the incompetence and inefficiency of a clinic. OLRH lost some of my medical records. And the billing problem was never ending – they couldn’t find payments I already made, filed the insurance claims wrong, never appropriate applied credit to my account…… There seems to be high turnover at the clinic, every time I contacted them for billing issues, I had to talk to a new person as the ... read more

Excellent Service! – My husband and I came to ORH with hope in conceiving a child. We had a 30% of chance in conceiving a child because of our complicated case. However, ORH still performed a miracle. In May 31st 2008, we had a wonderful and beautiful 18 month old son who has our whole life in control. He is a smart, lovable, and friendly boy.
