Good experience with quick care staff it’s my doctor Ashley Conrad she does what she wants to her clients me and my mom both have experience experiencing concerns to hear about medication she says one thing and does the the opposite as she gives you what she wants you to have not what you express you need not listening to you clients is how you lose then. Front desk person was an absolutely wonderful human being. My daughter is disabled but wants to do some things for herself. The woman at the front desk was beyond kind and empathetic. The doctor and staff were also so good with her. They listened to her concerns. Were patient and so sweet to her when she was nervous. They took us seriously and made sure everything was fine. The wait time was also minimal. I won't take my family anywhere else.
Front desk is an angel. The organization of the practitioners is horrible and they treat you like youre faking. Was in there for 4 hours and got treated like i had nothing wrong with me just because my symptoms started that morning and i needed a doctors note for work. They gave me generic over the counter meds that i could’ve gotten at walmart, and when i called back to extend my note one more day for work because i couldnt talk and my job requires me to use my voice very heavily and they refused with no explanation.
