Front desk is an angel. The organization of the practitioners is horrible and they treat you like youre faking. Was in there for 4 hours and got treated like i had nothing wrong with me just because my symptoms started that morning and i needed a doctors note for work. They gave me generic over the counter meds that i could’ve gotten at walmart, and when i called back to extend my note one more day for work because i couldnt talk and my job requires me to use my voice very heavily and they refused with no explanation. I loved this place! Very friendly, and the most affordable. I didn’t have insurance bc I just moved here out of state & unfortunately got denied Medicaid, but the receptionist helped me make it affordable. Also, Robyn was very nice & good. I already recommended this place to others.
Was just there yesterday and have been going there for YEARS to see Ashley Conrad. Apparently, she was out so I had a different doctor named Kim Brocklehurst who should absolutely NOT have her job there. First, she wouldn't fill my prescription because she said she didn't think I needed it because of other medications I am on and have been on for several months. Went in to be checked out because I wasn't feeling good and they wanted me to fill out a behavioral questionnaire that had zero to do with why I was there! Will not be going back ever. Really wish I could give negative 5 stars.
