I worked at Health Connect America from Dec 2022 to Nov 2024. During my time there I met some amazing people (co workers and clients). The Chattanooga staff is very helpful and supportive. I learned a lot in my two years there. One of my favorite things about my time with HCA is that I was able to I set my own schedule and caseload. If my own kids were sick I was able to take the time off to care for them, no questions asked. HCA is a family helping other families in need. This is a very supportive and helpful staff. They are all about growth and make sure needs are met on all ends. I enjoyed my time working with them and glad of the experience. It was more like a family! The employees there make all the difference. Highly recommend working for this company!

Terrible work environment. No sense of leadership at all. Ironic that it's a mental health company, but they can't provide better benefits to employees.
