It is really sad that you would deny a snf request for an 85 yr old with recent hip surgery, confusion and who lives alone. We will file DOI complaint against your company.
Worst insurance ever. They deny procedures and are unwilling to give names or credentials of the supposed Drs. doing the denials. My daughter needs back surgery and in her denial letter it says her Dr can do a peer to peer with their Drs but when he has tried to do that twice has been denied both times. The appeal was denied and 2 days ago we were told there could be a peer to peer and today that was denied even though it is in writing with a phone number to call. Next step appeal to Dept of Insurance and I will talk to an a... read more
