Marcy and Sarah rule!
My review is not a reflection of her abilities as a counselor. It is a reflection of the poor communication. I have contacted her office twice to inquire if she was taking new patients. Her voicemail and website both advised that it could take 48 hours to hear back. However, I never heard back at all, not even to say that she wasn't taking new patients. The lack of communication is very frustrating and disappointing for those who are in need of these services
After searching for a therapist for awhile, I found Sara. After asking to reschedule my 4th appointment I received an email dismissing me from services. The reasoning being that I am too busy for therapy and because of the reschedule I’m not taking therapy seriously. My life is busy but if I give more than 48 hours notice that shouldn’t be an issue.
