Don't know how to change the never heard back part! Heard back promptly. He was professional, courteous, and sold a great product at a good price. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. He made the experience a quick and efficient process.

Awesome experience ! I sent an inquiry and I was provided with all of the information that I wanted. As a single mom that doesn't know much about cars, I am aware the most car dealers will try to upsell with sales tactics designed to make you spend more. Dealer contacted me quickly and addressed all of my questions about the vehicle. Also had a nice selection of cars which were in great shape. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from him and already recommended him to my family members to purchase a car at a reasonable price.
The experience with HD Autos has been really good. The process was smooth and the response was immediate.
We did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer but the owner seems to be honest and will thoroughly follow up.
