Great people and service. Too bad it closes before I can make it from my school in Soddy Daisy to Hixson without driving like a lunatic.
Loved the facility and front office staff. Very easy to make an appointment and be seen. However, the nurse practitioner/provider, I will not be seeing again. I have had flu like symptoms for 6 days now and decided to make an appointment. This is my first time ever using this clinic or ever seeing the provider, Jason. They do not have my records or my patient history or anything. Toward the end of my appointment I just asked what are some signs that you might need tonsils taken out. Main place for health over last 4 years. Very considerate staff, personable and professional. Jason Holritz is an awesome provider, who is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable and professional yet approachable. I have never had a bad experience, very accommodating and patient. Grace, whom I have also seen, though only once, is wonderful as well. Pam and other nurses for this location are also awesome. I highly recommend this location for health care.
