Catherine was fantastic. She was kind and patient when I couldn’t answer many questions she had at first, and quickly determined what treatment I needed. She was in the room more than any provider I know of, and was constantly seeing if what she did was working. Highly recommend.
Appointments started on time four out of four times. Examinations thorough and rofessional including necessary questions and follow up questions. Follow up is equally thorough and professional. Staff takes the time it takes. There was never any indicator of haste, nor were there indicators of slowness. Hickory Valley Clinic is outstanding - excellent in comparison with other clinics I've visited in Chattanooga since 2016.
