I had my open heart surgery there loved it great care. This was about 11 years ago. I would recommend this hospital to everyone who needs open heart surgery. My Dr. At that time was Dr. Badwar.
I just want to thank the ER nurse Adam M for taking great care of my sister and treating her with the respect and dignity that other hospitals in the area have failed to give her.
More concerned about getting their money upfront than anything else..

Northside is disgustingly incompetent of taking care of patients needs back and forth for about a week and nothing has been done. Discharged with no meds and I'm Stoll in pain yet there giving me a run around for a decision they made. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL NOR REFER ANYONE TO ATTEND
This hospital is filled with the most incompetent people ever. They LOST my mother while in their care. Laughed about it. Did not search for her until I demanded and barely did then. Refused to look at the cameras. She was missing over 5 hours. We found her across town sitting on a porch in her pajamas with the IV still in her arm. She isn't lucid. But they claim she was "fine". The Emergency Staff, and The Largo Fire Rescue , took very good care of my son , the day of September 6,2013! When certain people, ""keepers of the Law""Beat him mercifully, left him for dead in their car! Thank you "Northside Hospital, and Largo Fire Rescue!! And of Course"My Lord""
Friendly but the nurse I had did not know properly put in an iv or draw blood. I have wonderful veins and she kept digging in my skin saying she couldn't get the needle in. She then proceeded to grab another needle and try a vein right next to it while leaving the other needle in. After I complained about the pain and noticed that my vein was swollen like it was about to burst she decided to take it out and try my other arm. I left with a giant ball on my arm from the hematoma she had caused
