My nurse was rude and nasty in the er. Crazy, one of her coworkers made it a point to tell me to report her to administration.

Great team taking care of my father here at Northside. Tiffany, Billy, Mike, Shenika, just to name a few. They are all very caring great people. My heartfelt thanks to them.

Amazing hospital and very friendly staff. We live in Georgia and my husband had a job contract in Flordia . His appendix ruptured and he was taken to the ER. I was contacted immediately by the surgeon. I flew into Tampa airport and they accommodated us and made us feel like we were in great hands . It was a terrifing experience being away from home and our family but this hospital , nurses and doctors were all amazing

We just moved to Florida. We have had to visit Northside twice in the last couple of weeks. They were fast and efficient. I think that the ER was the fastest service I have ever experienced. Out in under an hour is awesome! The only thing I would change is the fact there are no real rooms. Just a curtain doesn't seem like enough when it comes to patient privacy or HIPPA. Keep up the great service.

I went into the ER yesterday for a skin infection. It wasn't even 5 minutes before I was checked in and in a room. Everyone that worked on me was extremely friendly and compassionate and made me feel at ease. Every thing that I saw was also immaculate.
