I was in fast track room 22 no nurse back their waited like 10 mins for a nurse saw I had the call light on needed a change before my ride got there and came home with wet pads and my gown worse care ever it needs to be shutdown.... AND NO I WON'T CALL PATIENT SAFTY

I wish I could rate it a zero! Nobody was on time for my husbands heart cath no one was one the same page, and when he needed to use the bathroom in 1 north waiting on his procedure we waiting 25 minutes for assistance disconnecting him from his tubes and such before I yanked them out of the wall, and he still didn't make it to the restroom in time. No-one offered assistance no-one apologized they kept on talking and being rude. They forgot his food trays each time they were ordered I wasted 15 dollars total ordering trays t... read more
My mom was transfer from the heart unit, which was 5 star, to a regular bed. She has a special machine to keep her wound drained. The machine kept getting errors. Noone knew what to do so they took the machine off. All but 1 of her nurses, Kara, were smart asses and seemed to have no sympathy. She was taken for a walk with her therapist who said they would work on walking and balance. When they got done with the walk my mom asked about balance. She was told by the therapist she didn't have time for that. She is there now and... read more
