The staff has been incredibly awesome and attentive. Came in with severe abdominal pain and they actually listened to my complaint and checked me thoroughly. They found that my gall bladder has to be removed. Mind you I went to the er at St. Pete general for the same thing back in September and they did nothing but Send me hone with antibiotics that didn't work. This supposed heart hospital is cold and heartless. They take you into the ER for a few minutes then push you out into the hallway and leave you sitting until you are discharged. Its the worst hospital I have ever been to. Similar to a drive thru for their service. Awful!!

From what I remember of it the emergency room staff was a-one. I was there in 2012 for a severe MS ATTACK and the team was able to help. Thanks to their quick responses I was able to make a quick recovery..

Just had a bad experience. Went to the Er because my dad was sick and the left him in the hallway on a bed. What kind of service leaves and treat patients out in the hallway and treat them out there? Not going back
