Went there to be checked out for severe abdominal pain and a few other symptoms, the doctor told me he couldn't treat all my symptoms to pick the important ones. I ended up having to take my own IV out and left. Only to end up at Bardmoor a few hours later because I started vomiting blood and was bleeding into my stomach. Was admitted for 5 days at Morton plant. North side till this day is still sending me bills for there horrible services. I have made numerous complaints and sent letter after letter to the CEO with no respo... read more
89 yr old mother recently had a heart attack and was taken to Northside... they were "top shelf" .... quadruple bypass and now she is home gaining strength everyday and soon to be back 100%... Thanks Dr Defrain
The treatment and care given by everyone that helped me and kept my wife comfortable as well was so far beyond anything I have ever experienced before..... but then I am from Canada and have public health care. ( just saying )
When u can get good care it is fine but they are busy and short staffed. Still waiting half an hour for nurse for pain pill after waiting for 20 mins for someone to help her to/from bathroom. I've been doing half their work for them. They are short equipment and keep going room to room to look for equipment like an IV pump or bedside table. Used to be good-needs a lotvof improvement and more staff
I had heart ablation surgery here due to atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation. My hearts beating strong now! Everyone was very friendly.
My daughter in law was a recent patient in the ER and in a room and got the best care ever. Doctors, nurses, techs and housekeeping were so wonderful and caring. Thank you Northside!
