Kendall Medical Center went above and beyond the call of duty. A special thank you to Melissa, Ryan and the phlebotomist who took my blood pressure at the ER front desk. The gentleman who did my ultrasound who could not have been more amiable, efficient and professional. ER doctor, Walter D'Alonzo and ER Nurse Giselle who treated me more as a friend versus a Doctor or a Nurse. It has changed a lot...the buildings and location is beautiful and has everything.. the staff ( Doctors, Nurses, Techs and Security personnel are very good.. kind, professional. One thing is for sure... Never has seen to this day (my family member has been there for 8 days today) never.. an angry face.. a bad response... a bitter person ... they fir sure are tired be ause if their schedules or dealing with patients which can be exhausting ... but never a mean person there... not once!!! 💜
