Hello, I've been trying to get a resolution to my billing issue with The Woman's Hospital of Texas sjnce April 2020. I have called the Patient Account Services at the Woman's Hospital of Texas numerous times and keep getting a run around due to their incompetentcy for a simple case of duplicate billing from your end. Also, apparently there is no physical office that I can go and talk to a supervisor or the accounting department. Can someone assist or should I engage a lawyer?

Quality of care was ok, but their billing department must be clueless. After almost 2 years of phone calls with their "managers" and Tricare reps they still keep sending me bills and payment plan options. Your CEO, Mr. Ehrat must be super proud of the billing and collections departments complete lack of competence and ability to resolve an easy $500 bill with Tricare. RecommendedMy son was admitted into PICU Sunday night. Abby, Katie, and Gracie took care of him majority of the time and they were amazing. They are AMAZING nurses who are excellent with children. They definitely found their calling. Thank you again for making Cayden’s stay as comfortable as you possibly could for him! Cayden loved Dr. Mata as well. He listened to my concerns answered my questions and made sure Cayden understood what he was telling me in regards to his treatment and discharge. ❤️❤️❤️
