RecommendedTook my husband to the ER for severe abdominal pain. Triaged, brought to a room, got labs and tests, diagnosed, and discharged in just over 4 hours. All staff was pleasant and warm. Nurse Joe was great, please give him due credit and thanks.
, I had my son at this Hospital all the nurses on the maternity floor word great they showed nice and compassion for everything that me and my son was going through I I highly recommend the maternity floor if you are planning on having a baby they went out of their way to help me back and forth to the bathroom with pain medicine and with kindness thank you for everything you have done for me and my son
I recently was a patient in the ER in Hazleton. Had a great experience.The PA Chris was very kind, thorough and explained things well. The nurses and technicians were attentive and treated me with compassion in spite of how busy it was. Thank you for caring.
My mother is currently admitted. ER RN Julie Zetkulic needs some time off . The service she provided this evening was horrendous! Communication is key in every situation! Everyone can you use a training refresher every now and again . She is in need of it ! Praying tonight not only for my mother but you Julie ! May your shift end soon. May the next patient that encounters you receive better care .
The supposedly newly renovated floors with all private rooms is a lie. I just spent 4 tortuous nights in a 2 beded room with very confused and noisy roommates. I had a possible heart attack and was supposed to be resting. The environment made rest impossible. I counted more semi private rooms than private rooms. Also still minimal hot water in my room. I really could not tell much difference in non renovated rooms versus renovated rooms. As usual advertised improvements at this hospital are not to be believed.
My Daughter who has a myriad of health problems is sitting in the waiting room still right now after waiting with Chest Pains and other issues for the last 5 hours. She was told in Triage that she is doing to herself and its in her head.She is 19 years old and Chest pains are a scary thing for her as she lost her Mother at this "Wonderful" Hospital!
