I was there for two and a half hours there was nobody in there I wasn't even seen yet I left because I couldn't stand it you know if your employees did less talk and more work and they would get more done I'm glad I wasn't dying I guess you need an appointment to get in there or need to know somebody
its a joke. been sitting here for 5hrs now. was told I'd be going back next then they come tell me i still have to wait because i didnt hand in my sample. i was told they would call me for it. never did. next time ill go to Wilkes barre
Probably should’ve invested in friendlier/more thorough doctors and nurses instead of a renovation. It’s definitely hit or miss with the staff, mostly miss though. I dread when my daughters sent here because I know we’re just walking into rude, impatient nurses, and quick/incorrect diagnosis’s to free a bed to say the least. The only good thing is the wait isn’t usually long for her because I only bring her when it’s warranted, therefore eliminates waiting in the lobby with the sniffles like so many people do . El Servicio es pésimos las dos veces que he ido he esperando mucho para que los doctores me atiendan la segunda estuve 24 horas esperando ? Y las enfermas son odiosa ayer ? Estuve hay le pedí un poco de agua a muchas personas estuve 4 horas hay y me fui y el agua nunca llegó ? No me gusto para nada
Delivering my baby here was better than i thought., And the doctor Greco helped me had my baby natural and fast . Very good doctor and the nurses so nice also ., ❤️
Worst hospital I’ve been to. Every time I or a family comes here for an emergency we wait hours upon hours and about 85% of the time they misdiagnose us and end up going to another hospital. My mother almost lost her life here because they refused to treat her and pawned her off to geisinger. If I could rate this hospital a -1 that would be a compliment.
poor service the hospital is the same no change in employee.4 hours looking for 2 package of cracker and some apple juice.2 hour waiting for a bed. coming to ER because no space upstairs.I PREFERRED GEINGER WYOMING VALLEY
