awesome care caring staff
This hospital, particularly the ER was significantly sub-standard. The wait time is oppressive, the waiting areas and triage rooms were unclean and the staff seemed much more interested in conversation than patient care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
I had two procedures done in the outpatient department. One on 9/24 and one on 10/1. Everyone that took care of me was awesome. They all should me kindness, compassion, respect, and professionalism. Thank you for all you do
Very poor service in the Emergency room.
My father always receives the best of care in the ER! I am very grateful to all the ED staff for their care and professionalism. I know it’s a tough job by experience- when many use the ER as a Doctors Office instead of using an urgent care facility and the lack care for people in mental health crisis. Kudos for all you do in spite of the obstacles.
I don’t want to waste more of my time than need be. Terrible hospital, go to Wilkes barre Geisinger.
was in the er about a week ago, was in and out with in 3 hours if not less. was a lil busy with trama call but i waited. great hospital and staff. keep up the good work
