I delivered at Cedar Crest in Allentown a month ago. I was allowed 1 support person and baby was allowed 2 support people (myself and dad). No switching was allowed. Everyone wore masks and gloves (except baby). The campus is HUGE and immaculate. Super clean ! You almost forget you’re in a hospital. They do temperature checks at the front door and you get a sticker with a time stamp each day you enter. The maternity suite was super comfortable, clean and spacious. It also looked newly remodeled. Extra pillows and blankets st... read more

Would absolutely not recommend having your baby here. I had severe preeclampsia with my first child and had to be induced. They did not treat it after delivery as they were suppose to and sent me home with my blood pressure barely dropping. I was rushed back to he hospital a few nights later after passing out from my blood pressure through the roof and a migraine. I almost developed eclampsia because of their negligence. Not to mention I had the rudest night nurse who told me to “figure it out” when I had questions about bre... read more

My daughter had her baby there yesterday. The father spent all day with her while I watched my other 2 grandsons. He stayed home today so I can go since they were told only 1 visitor per day. At the front desk they even asked if there support person was already in there and I explained about him staying home. got my I'd sticker went up and the rude behemoth at the door behind the glass of the maternity ward said only the bracelet wearer could come in. I was going to go home and get it from the father but she said no. I'm goi... read more
