Haymeadow has great knowledgable staff and has taken care of me on numerous occasions. Shortly after moving in, our oven broke and they ordered us a brand new oven once the old one was deemed un repairable by maintenance. Recently, my toilet was acting up for several months and several maintenance staff were unable to successfully repair it. Very friendly neighbors, safe community, 24/7 maintinence, the main office workers are super helpful, understanding, and kind! Just a wonderful environment to live in. You will have issues like any other place, but that's part of taking care of a place
How come people have a compulsion to state only negative experiences? I have been at Haymeadow one year this month...I just renewed my lease, I love it! When I needed maintenance for issues I created, they were very prompt & helpful. I love laundry facilities in the same complex, freindly neighbors and pets! Love the feeling of being in the Country yet close to stores and gas stations, malls. Rooms are nice and spacious & quiet.

Been living here for a year now. We have had fast maintenance if anything has come up and love the setting. The only issue we have really had is the pool. It's been closed a lot this year, and when it has been open it's been a shade of green and really dirty. I've seen the same collection of sand/dirt since it opened. It happens to be a greenish brown and closed right now. Not even sure if they will reopen it this year. Hoping so, as it costs a lot to take the kids to a pool.

I really like the area. I've lived here for two years, they are not so great at fixing things. We have had a water spot in our ceiling from last year, in which; they just painted over it. During the last storm- it grew drastically! They aren't going to do anything about it, and they want to raise our rent to stay another year......with a roof that obviously needs fixing!!! It's too expensive to live somewhere that just wants to put bandaids on problems!
