RecommendedHaymeadow has been a great place to call home! I originally moved to Illinois for work a number of years ago, and after moving from another apartment across town, have settled at Haymeadow since 2015. If you have a problem they fix it. We have lived in 5 units here and we love it. We have moved away and always moved back so that should speak for itself. They are always updating their apartments. Just black topped the roads and put up new lighting outside the units. The maintenance guys are awesome. Kathy And Jeff are great managers. Great place to live.
Great management and great apartments. Never had any issues, definitely would refer several people to live here. Maintenance always responded quickly if I had a problem. Staff very caring and great to deal with. Great and quiet location as well. Near plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. Also near the expressway.

I absolutely love this place. They really make an effort to upkeep their property, and address issues if something goes wrong. The property manager is extremely friendly and accommodating. The community seems to have a lot of young professionals. Also it's very affordable, and I have always felt safe here. I'm very satisfied :)

GRE properties has not only taken advantage of myself but my brother and my brother in law as well, making promises they can't keep with repairs, not properly turning things back on after repairs, not cleaning units properly and also trying to squeeze every cent they can out of renters. If you want a landlord that will care about you and is understanding to lifes circumstances, do not rent from GRE because they will not give you that.
