We have bought 3 sewing machines from these OUTSTANDING people. They help me with all of my out of the box projects that I do. They don't hesitate to help any time that you need it.
I wished I lived I wilmington, I would be there every week!!! I purchased about 2-3 sewing machines, 1 server and 1embroidery machine.
It is a wonderful place to shop. The selection is good. The staff are all happy to help you. If you are stumped by a sewing problem, they always have the answer to fix it. They service and repair all brands and types of sewing machines. Their store is full of made up samples. Even though it takes me over 1hour to get there, it is my favorite place to shop.
So excited to use my new Bernina....lots of new features to make it easier to get great results!
Drove about and hour and a half today to look at sewing machines. Ended up making a MAJOR purchase of a Bernina 710. The machine is a dream and can practically run itself. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My husband chatted with Mr. Hayes during the visit which allowed me to browse the fabric aisle in leisure (you know how men are in fabric stores, ugh!). They have amazing quilt fabric, also. Thank you for making my day! Just wish you weren't so far away.
They are the best. You will not find a more caring and knowledgeable staff anywhere!
