These folks are so customer service oriented. They take the time to explain things, show you how to work your machine, answer specific questions, set up your new machine to get started fast at home. They offered if I had questions as I start using my serger, to call, don't hesitate! Stephanie has sold me several machines over 35 years! i went in today, brand new to sewing and the staff was amazing. Stephanie walked me through what I needed for my project and even gave my daughter's a demo on how to use a machine. I will definitely be back!
Wonderful store, great staff! I recently traveled almost 6 hours to get there because they had a machine in stock that I couldn’t find locally at a better price than anyone had quoted me. Loretta was so kind and helpful on the phone, and she and Patrycia just couldn’t have been nicer when I got there. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, I got a great demo/overview of the machine with assurances that I could call anytime with questions. Great store!!!
