The Hayes are beyond fantastic! I've bought 98% of my machines.. I wish I bought my last serger there. I trust them & know if they don't have an answer they tell you. They also keep you apprised of any major problems.
I have bought all my machines from these wonderful people since I was in high school! 30+ years now. I would not go anywhere else.
