RecommendedTook my machine in this morning because it wasn't stitching properly and I could not figure out what the problem was. Patricia greeted us at the door with a smile...took one look and solved the problem within seconds. While I am embarrassed that I didn't have the machine threaded correctly, I am thrilled that there is a place like Hayes to turn to! My go to place for fabric, notions and advice. The four sisters are generous and helpful with advice-even to the most tricky questions. I miss lots of things during this isolation, and they are right up near the top of the list.

I love Mr. Hayes! I've brought my machine there twice because it was "broken." Each time he patiently and sweetly showed me that the machine wasn't broken but that I was a goof (my word) and had done something silly (like didn't thread it). I asked what I owed him. He said, "I'd have to do something for you in order to charge you." Then he packed up the machine, carried it out to my car, and opened my car door to let me in. All with a smile.
I took a quilting class with my daughter there. Loretta was r teacher she was very patient and caring. Everyone that works there are wonderful, and helpful, including Mr Hayes. Would recommend them to anyone

Took my sewing machine to be serviced and I could not be more pleased! True to Mr. Hayes' word, my machine now runs as "smooth as silk." I think it runs better than when I first bought it! Mr. Hayes walked me to my car with my machine...a true gentleman who does superb work. Thank you.
