We were up for 18 hours and travel in with $650 reservations. As we enter the hotel, we see 20 people milling around with nobody at the front desk taking care of business. We wait for :30. Someone finally comes out and says they won’t honor our reservations on a night that nearly the entire city of San Jose is sold out of every hotel. Amazingly inept customer service. Tried to make reservations for Thanksgiving Buffet but not single response to telephone messages left! Finally had to physically go there to make a reservation. Never got an email confirmation so after several calls had to go again. Staff has a lot of excuses for not returning calls. Terrible customer service!!!

Super cool to wander around the grounds. The pool and hot tub were great, the staff was helpful, food was great. The rooms were a bit run down though.
