This was our first stay at the Hayes and it was a fantastic experience. The staff are all professional and courteous. We stayed in a king room with the small balcony. Very spacious and cozy. We did the walking tour of the mansion, and enjoyed learning the history of the mansion and the Hayes family. I would recommend it to my friends and plan to return there next time I'm in San Jose.

We stuck with room service, and it was quite tasty. I need to convince my sons to hit the restaurants next time — see more of the spaces around the hotel and socialize. Only criticism: they could use more “on demand” selections for their TV programming options.

The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are great. We came for our anniversary weekend and they upgraded our room as a surprise with no extra charge. The hot tub felt amazing. If I wouldn’t turn into a prune I would stay there for hours. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a Great Weekend! Food was Great & service was good . My boys and myself really had a relaxed weekend enjoyed the pool & spa !
