Refused to enforce non-resident parking at Mission at Main. There are not enough parking spaces per apartments; however, permits are required. Residents are sometimes forced to park 3-4 blocks away. Very misleading upon move-out regarding remaining amount due after multiple verifications that we would not owe. Roof leak in living room that was not adequately repaired in a building that had not been open 2 years. I do not recommend signing a lease with Wise Properties.
Walls are paper thin. Dog owners are not held accountable for cleaning up after their pets. Parking is a disaster.
My daughter lives there & this stray cat keeps bringing dead rats to her door. She keeps calling the office & they ignore her calls. Today the smell was so horrible & they did nothing about it!! Tonight she & others in the apartment building witness the cat eating a rat alive!! Wise properties DO SOMETHING!!
