I love living here! I'm lucky enough to have super nice neighbors by me. Hayden Place has a great staff and really nice amenities. Good mix of college students, young families, middle age people and elderly people. 😀

The staff here is excellent and the response time to work order requests is amazing! Great place to live.
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have had no issues. The front office staff has been nothing, but nice and helpful and while the parking situation is an issue, they can’t be out there 24/7 monitoring the lots. Also there is quick fix for parking. All you have to do is call and leave a message with the courtesy officer and tell them the make and model and license plate and you will not get booted or a warning if you park in an area that is not deemed a parking space. I have lived here for 4 years and I am finally fed up. If you’re not home by 7 you can forget about having a parking space. Just returned from vacation with several suitcases and there was zero parking. I called the courtesy officer hoping he would be able to offer some assistance on where to park. His only suggestion was to go on the other side of the complex and park. That would be fine if there were adequate lighting in the parking lot. I do not feel safe walking alone at 10:00 at night. I would not suggest anyone rent from here. They say that they enforce parking, but they do not. Anytime you call and report cars without permits they do nothing. So there is never anywhere for the tenants to park. It is really frustrating. Any response to maintenance in incredibly slow. We will rent with anyone but Wise. John Wise also does not care we even spoke to him.
