RecommendedGreat well kept properties with lots of amenities and just seconds from everything dinning , nightlife jobs ext ! I can’t say enough about the staff everyone is very kind and so knowledgeable! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure you won’t find better properties in Chattanooga or a better staff

RecommendedIve lived here for 6 months now and I love it. The pool area is incredibly nice and the staff does an awesome job making sure that it isnt overcrowded by randos on the weekend who dont live in the complex. The clubhouse is an awesome resource to lay back and relax at. The office also holds lots of events to get its residents together. I live in a 3 bedroom unit and even with 2 other roommates we still can barely fill up all the space that is given to us. RecommendedI've lived here for a little over a year now. I enjoy my apartment and the amenities offered. The pool is amazing during the warm seasons and the outdoor fireplaces are a nice place to relax in the cold ones. Parking enforcement has stepped up and I happily have a place to park as a resident. Visitor parking is very limited. In the event that the visitor spots are full, I use the alternative of having my friends park at the Walmart right down the road and bringing my friends back.
