I love living here! I'm lucky enough to have super nice neighbors by me. Hayden Place has a great staff and really nice amenities. Good mix of college students, young families, middle age people and elderly people. 😀
The staff here is excellent and the response time to work order requests is amazing! Great place to live.
I have lived here for 4 years and I am finally fed up. If you’re not home by 7 you can forget about having a parking space. Just returned from vacation with several suitcases and there was zero parking. I called the courtesy officer hoping he would be able to offer some assistance on where to park. His only suggestion was to go on the other side of the complex and park. That would be fine if there were adequate lighting in the parking lot. I do not feel safe walking alone at 10:00 at night. My daughter lives there & this stray cat keeps bringing dead rats to her door. She keeps calling the office & they ignore her calls. Today the smell was so horrible & they did nothing about it!! Tonight she & others in the apartment building witness the cat eating a rat alive!! Wise properties DO SOMETHING!!
Theives...if you visit someone overnight and have been beaten to the 10 visitor spots be sure to park on the street or they will boot your car and rob you of $75 cash. No wonder the place is so nice, that extra revenue comes in often I'm sure.
