Staff is very caring, funny and efficient. Dr Haycock takes time with his patients to actually listen and involve you in the plan of action that he is taking. He talks to you in terms you can understand, does not talk over your head and cares for the progress of each person. He has treated all my family, as well as myself, to our satisfaction. Several members have had surgery and improved from were they were prior to surgical intervention

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Haycock and the Haycock Foot and Ankle Center for any podiatry needs. For years I had a fungus in all of my toenails that I could not get rid of. I wore workboots and my feet were sweaty all the time. My toenails were thick, yellow, deformed and crusty. I have had multiple procedures done bilaterally by Dr Haycock, not bc of failure but bc I, as the patient, have had a lot going on since birth that presented wickedly into adulthood. Dr Haycock, MOST importantly, has fixed the biggest issue I presented with, which was waking up screaming into EVERY night with pain. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Haycock to my worst enemy. We found out after months of struggling that the surgery he did on our child isn't even proven to be effective. Worst experience of my life! My son couldn't walk for 4 months and still doesn't walk the same as he did before.
Dr. Haycock was too slow to react to complications of my mother’s foot surgery. She has a chronic condition that was known pre-surgery and the care path did not mitigate for that condition in healing. His lack of response led to her being told she would lose toe, then half her foot, now her entire foot. She is also currently in-patient with infection and a high fever leading toward sepsis. Always have had wonderful experiences with Dr.Haycock ! He is very friendly and actually listens to whats going on ! I has a total of 4 surgeries that he completed and had no issues since !
