My lease was $1275 rent + $25 pet rent, somehow I’m getting charged $1450 with all the fees. Apartment quality not good, I don’t think anyone even cleaned my unit prior to me moving in
Sherry was an amazing .. I enjoyed my tour with her she showed me all around the property and told me about near by restaurants I really am considering moving here all cause of sherry
Lived here for almost a year, old management did nothing for us. now that willow bridge is in there getting things done and squared away! Maintenance supervisor Mr. Mason has been super helpful and getting things done for us!
Sherry gave an excellent tour, very pleasant, and help. Looking forward to renting here!
I have lived here in Shanda for 3 years and I never received a repair of any kind in my apartment, but a new boss arrived new staff new manager, they were very kind they inspected the apartment they made several repairs thanks to their worker Von was very friendly and helpful respectful, he did an excellent job repairing several things in my apartment, I will surely stay to live many more years here with my family. We are very happy that our opinion and needs were taken into account.
