We were at the hotel for dinner. Although the dining room was not crowded, it took more than 45 minutes for our salads to come out. The one basket of bread for 8 people was stale. The dining room was understaffed, and our waiter was pleasant but inexperienced. The restaurant manager was dismissive when we spoke with him about the long wait. “Well, at least you finally got your salads, and your entrées will be out soon.” Unacceptable.

Horrible experience! Checking in was fine. Checking out was another story. I was rushed out by front desk, housekeeping, bellhop, then the manager. Check out was 11:00. Yes I woke up late. 11:11. I was out of my room by 11:35. In that time 3 calls to my room and 4 personal visits. I even asked if I could pay to extend checkout to stop the rushing. Terrible.
Sunday Jazz Brunch is a delight! Wonderful way to end a girls’ weekend away.

The staff is amazing ! The restaurants are wonderful as well as the serving staff. Overall one of the best hotels to vist and stay !
