I’ve been living here since February and while being so excited to move in to what i thought was a great unit, we have had a SEVERE german roach problem, now a once again SEVERE cockroach problem, to the point where i came home to 3 of them under my comforter as well as 8-10 of them taking over my bathroom, the flooring isn’t caulked to the wall therefore no molding so they’ll crawl out of the wall, my dishwasher has been broken the whole time i’ve lived here when maintenance came to “fix it” they popped it further out from ... read more

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The leasing office manager Angela Roy was very professional, helpful and made me feel at home as soon as I walked into her office. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The location is also a big plus—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transit.
