I recently moved to the Ashton and I had one of the best experiences with the leasing staff. The manager was very helpful and as I moved to the unit the maintenance team was so friendly. So far the apartment complex has been nothing but a great experience.
If you’re looking for an overpriced apartment with unanswered maintenance requests, poor management or loud and unruly neighbors then look no further than The Ashton “luxury” Apartments. This place has all the amenities: get ready to snuggle up with your love ones near the faux fireplace because we guarantee your furnace will break down at least 5 times. This is with my experiences with Miguel the maintenance man and Ariel specifically. Miguel has been hard working and understanding of our complications with this specific apartment. He is bilingual as well. He will let you know exactly what he is doing and why. And how it will affect you as well! Ariel has your back when it comes to understand the leasing side of things. She even gave us tips to help when it comes to enjoying your stay at the Ashton’s. I hope they get the recognition they deserve for their efforts.
For the maintenance guy 5 stars ! Miguel even when his English can be kinda shaky he still makes it so you understand him. He never falters with making you feel better about someone coming into your home.
