Save yourself from moving in! They do not listen to you! They don't treat you like a human being. They dismiss any issues you have and tell you it's ok. I will not be recommend to my friends and family members. The are so many more companies out there that offer top notch service. Read their reviews! Management does not care!
I truly enjoy living in this apartment community and have had a positive experience overall. The staff is friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with, and routine maintenance requests are generally handled in a timely manner. That said, I do feel there are some areas where communication and follow through could be improved. Para vivir es muy bueno solo que hay una sola persona de las que hacen los servicios que lo que sabe hacer es complicarte todo y no intenta reparar nada solo justifica por un cosa y otra que esto no y lo otro tampoco de resto todo muy bien !!!
