I have been staying here for over a year and I do not regret it! The staff is efficient, maintenance crew is awesome, and the neighborhood is so peaceful that it has been truly a home. My daughter does not want to move and I honestly do not see a reason why I should leave either. Ariel is amazing and I feel safe here. We stay in the cut too so nobody really knows this complex is back here and I love living in those type of areas. Overall, just lease in the renovated spaces and you will be satisfied!
Every year for lease renewal, there are issues with being overcharged for certain fees, i.e. insurance. Thank goodness for Arielle, she's always professional and assists when needed.
You have to scan you face and ID just to tour an apartment that was built 30 years ago...
