I would like to thank the manager, staff and the maintenance crew. I needed several things fixed in my apt. I placed a work order on Thursday and on Friday the maintenance crew came in and completed every task!!! Kudos & thanks to everyone!!! 👍🏽👍🏽
Great atmosphere and more importantly, the staff at Hawthorne at the District, are responsive to residents.Not only to problems that may arise, but to comments and suggestions. An all around great place to live-close to Town Lake and easy access to Metro transit.

hey there! my bf and I have lived here now a little over 3 years. we moved from city view down the street. the office over there was awful and so was the maintenance staff. hawthorne has always been that hidden gem on riverside. the old mgt was great and I have to say was skeptical of the old mgt but once they got a real office manager in the building the ship was back on track. we met the new manager Angie right away and since day one she has been hard working, flexible and willing to help. i even see her out there giving t... read more
A+ for the office staff lately. Ever since Angie has shown up things have been great! I love the new holiday coffee bar. I am envy of all my coworkers each day with my Starbucks cups and cozy smells. I also like that are part of a Toys For Tots program. It feels good to be a part of such a caring community. If you are looking for the best place to live in Austin then this is it.
