About

Our Urgent Care Center ensures that Hawthorn Medical and non-Hawthorn Medical patients have prompt and comprehensive care when they are unable to see their primary care physicians. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis; an appointment is never necessary. The Center is staffed with highly qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support staff that treat minor injuries and illnesses. The staff is able to provide treatment for adults and children age 10 years and older. Children under 10 should contact their on-call pediatrician.

Hawthorn Medical Associates is OK I have been going to Hawthorn Medical Associates for years. The nurses at the counter are friendly, along with the Doctors I've had appointments with. I have waited over an hour before, and one time they sent me home after waiting 45 minutes because I couldnt get a physical because it hadnt been a full year since my last and my insurance wouldnt pay for it. It was their mistake because they had called me and said I needed an appointment.

Crooks. Hawthorn Medical of Dartmouth MA is using the Coronavirus Pandemic as a cash cow to abuse and defraud countless clients. I am a new member at Hawthorn and my 1 visit will be my last. I saw an ENT Erica A***** who charged me for a procedure that wasn't performed and then saw a ****************** James H****** who placed a claim that I was on a call for 20 minutes when it was an 8 min call, charging me over $150 to just say "ok we will double your medication." I spoke to the billing department to dispute my bills and they chose to send me directly to collections with no resolution or discussion with a manager that resolved my concerns.

I don't understand the necessity to maintain my lab results at the lowest levels possible unless they are trying to maintain me in a sickened state of health. When doing so, I believe they try and profit by an illness rather than curing one. Their business has grown quite well...
