Ordered parts 4 weeks ago and now all phone numbers are no longer in service and they took my money...
It is true... Hawken Energy is NOT the company to buy from. They sell you a boiler to heat your house.. .it doesn't heat it... then they tell you there is a problem with your house and not their equipment.
Do yourself a favor check here for info on all things OWB. Stay away from Hawken Energy. They have not lived up to one promise made and after only 4 years (with 20 year warranty) I'm left with nothing and have to sue them. Look here: http://www.arboristsite.com/showthread.php?t=60632
