I've been coming here since they opened. It's right down the street from my house. They always do a great job and I love the environment and hospitality.
Just got my nails done on Sunday and 2 of them already broke off and it hasn’t even been a week yet. Super disappointed. I’ll stick to my usual nail salon where the nails last more than 3 weeks!
I went to my old nail salon for 4 years but finally I was sick of leaving with nails that I hated but spent a lot of money on. My final straw was when I asked my tech to do a design and she said she didn't want to so I had to think of something else. I messaged Hawaii Nails & Spa and they immediately said they would do it and booked me ! Tommy absolutely blew me away with how amazing my nails look. They CAN'T........................
I’m so upset, I just got my nails done and I’m not one to complain but the man who did my nails must have been new because he didn’t file my nails right and I corrected him four times to file them more because of how clumpy and uneven they were. I’m not sure if he dipped my nails wrong or what but they’re so clumpy and I hate them. I tried to not be that costumer but I had to tell him to file more and more but he couldn’t fix what he’d done. Looking at my nails now I just wanna soak them in acetone and go somewhere else :(
