Great service! The nail artist (Tommy) gave me exactly the nails I wanted for an upcoming wedding. Beautiful work!
Overall a terrible experience. Went to have a mani and pedi with matching colors. The pinks did not match at all. They did my pedi first, then my Nexgen nails. The mani was aweful. I picked a pale pink, creamy color. No sparkles. When she was putting last glossy coat on I noticed black specks in my nails. She said the were sparkles. I told her that I didn’t get a polish with sparkles so she took her drill and chipped the sparkles off and put “gel” topcoat on to try to fix her mess up. I have been getting my nails done here since they opened. It is very nice, clean and organized. I have never been disappointed with any service that I have had here. Tommy does my nails but I have had them done with others and everyone is just as good.
