They did a horrible job on my daughter and wouldn't fix the nails! I will never come here again!��� And he was rude and kept talking �!
I walked in and signed in said what I wanted. They didn't even knowledge me. I waited 45 minutes as other people walked in and being serviced right away I was just sitting there waiting and got nothing. I ended up just leaving!
Lady dug at my big toe with cutticle cutters created a hang nail was trying to pull it off i was telling her it hurt to please stop after asking three times i finnally yanked my foot out her hand and put my flip flops on i was pist it hurt so bad my to was red and about to bleed had she continued to try and yank the skin and nail off that she damaged i am a licensed cosmetologist and this is against how we are trained. My daughter and I came in (ps we are regulars) to get her a full set and me just a simple manicure. I let my kiddo go first since hers would take the longest. I was told to sit at a table to get my manicure. My daughter was done with her full set and I still was sitting there. They took a person before me after i sat waiting and when I got up since my kiddo was already done then they come over and say your ready after they notice i was going to leave. First time going to this salon. And I will NEVER go back. The woman who did my nails took an extremely long time and when I pointed out the nails that looked bad she did not fix them. Very very poor service.
